In this project, we have explored potential applications of the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) in real industrial environments using the CESGA simulator, with a focus on the Job Shop Scheduling Problem (JSSP). To achieve this, we have devised an innovative method, the Hadamard+LCU Test, and created a new QUBO formulation for the JSSP to enhance its performance.
